Kjetil Skinlo is an experienced leader in Software Asset Management (SAM) with over 30 years of expertise in IT and business management. He currently serves as the Section Leader for IT Asset Management at Sykehuspartner, where he has played a key role in establishing IT system monitoring and managing critical operations for healthcare systems. His responsibilities include overseeing asset management and ensuring the effective operation of IT systems across the healthcare sector.

Kjetil’s career includes extensive experience in ITIL-based workflows, project management, and service delivery, with a focus on the digitalization and standardization of IT operations. He has led the integration of newly acquired companies and departments into existing corporate systems, driving efficiency and consistency in IT service management.

In previous roles, Kjetil has contributed to the development of IT strategies for organizations in sectors such as telecommunications, finance, and large-scale enterprises. He has been involved in asset management, vendor management, and cost-saving initiatives, and has been instrumental in managing the transition of IT systems to meet evolving business needs. His work has significantly contributed to the optimization of IT processes and the successful implementation of IT strategies within various industries.

Sykehuspartner HF provides services in ICT, project management, logistics, and HR to all hospitals in the Helse Sør-Øst region. Sykehuspartner is owned by the regional health enterprise Helse Sør-Øst. We operate and manage critical ICT systems for the hospitals, including both clinical and administrative applications, ICT infrastructure, networks, and workstations for 81,000 users.
