The EU now mandates that all financial entities ensure digital operational resilience, placing a significant focus on supplier management. But how can organizations, particularly their IT procurement teams, ensure that the suppliers they rely on are resilient enough to support business continuity? This session will explore how to segment suppliers, prioritize based on criticality, and integrate resilience into procurement processes to safeguard essential services.

Certified as a ITIL v3 Expert, Prince2 Practioner and MCSE.
