Raija Muinonen is an experienced Development Manager at Helsinki University Hospital (HUS) with over 20 years of expertise in operations management, process development, and quality assurance in both the public and private sectors. In her current role, she is responsible for developing hospital ICT processes, contributing to the service portfolio board, and leading internal quality audits. Raija is a certified expert in business operations management, ITIL, Six Sigma, and configuration management. She has extensive experience in optimizing business processes and improving quality standards across organizations. Her background includes senior positions at Laatukeskus Excellence Finland, HCL Technologies, and Nokia, where she led process improvement initiatives, managed global knowledge systems, and applied quality methodologies like LEAN and EFQM.
